The short-term administrative correspondence course for the administrative staff of Mili University, which had started some time ago, has concluded, and certificates were awarded to the participants.

The course, conducted by the Quality Enhancement Officer, Mr. Basir-ul-Haq, lasted for approximately two months.

During the certificate distribution ceremony, Chancellor of Mili University, Associate Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib, stated that through the Quality Enhancement Office as well as the Professional Development Center, various short-term training courses have been initiated for lecturers, staff, and students. Some of these courses have been completed, while others are still ongoing.

The course covered the fundamental principles of administrative correspondence, standard letter writing, incoming and outgoing documents and receipts, proposals, questionnaires, as well as detailed information on work and quarterly implementation reports. Participants also carried out practical exercises in each area.

It is worth noting that Mili University has planned additional capacity-building programs in its annual plan, which will be implemented in due course.
