Two-Month Administrative Correspondence Course Concludes
The
short-term administrative correspondence course for the administrative staff of
Mili University, which had started some time ago, has concluded, and
certificates were awarded to the participants.
The
course, conducted by the Quality Enhancement Officer, Mr. Basir-ul-Haq, lasted
for approximately two months.
During
the certificate distribution ceremony, Chancellor of
Mili University, Associate Professor Khalid Ahmad Habib, stated that through
the Quality Enhancement Office as well as the Professional Development Center,
various short-term training courses have been initiated for lecturers, staff,
and students. Some of these courses have been completed, while others are still
ongoing.
The
course covered the fundamental principles of administrative correspondence,
standard letter writing, incoming and outgoing documents and receipts,
proposals, questionnaires, as well as detailed information on work and
quarterly implementation reports. Participants also carried out practical
exercises in each area.
It
is worth noting that Mili University has planned additional capacity-building
programs in its annual plan, which will be implemented in due course.
